Unnamed Evolved Human[]
This individual required touch to delete abilities from another. He stated that doing so was a painful experience for the other person, since the ability would usually be linked with strong emotions and potent memories. He did not gain the abilities himself.
Peter Petrelli[]
Peter mimicked this ability from the man in World 3, and so had similar limits to him. He used it to delete his own dangerous and unwanted abilities. It induced visions in him, and the process was painful and strained his body. In World 8, Peter would have similar limits to Kestrel, able to delete abilities using touch.
Kestrel Low[]
Kestrel can delete the abilities of others using touch. He attempted to use it to delete Jess Petrelli's abilities, but was foiled by the ability preservation she'd gained from her uncle.
Leo Castern[]
Leo would have the same limits as Kestrel.
Hannah[]
Hannah can delete the abilities of others if she has skin-to-skin contact. She could also potentially delete her own other abilities, if she wanted to. There is no visible sign when she removes an ability, and it is not painful. The deletion would only be detected if the individual tried to use that ability again.
Haley Jagune[]
Haley can permanently delete the abilities of others when she has physical contact with them, removing the abilities without gaining them herself. She needs contact to do so, but it doesn't need to be skin contact. Sometimes the deletion is showed as visible light. It is not usually a painful process to experience, unless there are potent memories and emotions attached to the abilities.

Jess would have similar limits to Kestrel.
Robert Max[]
Robert would have similar limits to Kestrel too.
