Benajah Benedict is a minor character used by Lowri in World 9: Mythical Crossover. He is a Nephilim who possesses the abilities of Defensive Phasing, Ostracism, Reverse Mimicry and Gold Manipulation.
Appearance[]
Abilities[]
Benajah's first ability is Defensive Phasing. Benajah can use this ability to phase a bullet, a knife or a punch through himself, and to phase through a threat like fire. It can sometimes be used to phase through walls and floors, but only if doing so would avoid danger. It can't be used offensively to phase into someone.
His second ability is Ostracism. Benajah can drive people away from select individuals, making them distrust and dislike that person. He normally uses touch to select a victim. There is no mark left on the person to target him or her, but everyone would then be repelled away from the individual, no matter how close they had previously been. Benajah cannot alienate someone from certain people whilst leaving others unaffected. He can also ostracise himself, though he has only done so once, briefly, as an experiment. He can choose to reverse the ostracism at any time. He doesn't need physical contact to reverse it.
His third ability is Reverse Mimicry. Benajah can consciously choose to mimic the reverse of any ability possessed by someone nearby him. For example, he could mimic cryokinesis from a pyrokinetic, and anti-immunity from any form of immunity excepting ability immunity. The mimicry is always done deliberately. However, he cannot mimic from an ability which has no clear opposite, and if he tried then nothing would happen.
His fourth and final ability is Gold Manipulation. This ability can be used to mimic gold, to turn objects and people into gold, and to manipulate existing gold objects by moving them around telekinetically. It can also melt and re-solidify gold. Sometimes it can be used to create gold objects, usually small ones.
