Inability is the power to stop almost all abilities from working within a certain range of oneself, negating any protection from the majority of shields and immunities.

Limits[]
The ability enables Kevin to stop almost all abilities from working within a certain range of him, even if the other person has an immunity or a shield. There are very few exceptions, which include ability preservation and shielding. Kevin has never encountered any abilities which he cannot block, and doesn't know that any exist which could be protected. His ability does not simply block other abilities, but instead removes them temporarily from his victims, returning once they are again out of his range. At first Kevin didn't even know he possessed the ability, as it worked constantly and blocked his other abilities, but he learned to gain conscious control over the ability and can by now deactivate it. However, he doesn't seem able to stop certain abilities within an individual while leaving others intact. Ability preservation is immune to this ability because of its innate nature, and shielding could also possibly protect another from this, if the person doing the shielding is out of Kevin's range herself or himself.
