Julie 'Jules' Cobb is a recurring character belonging to Pippy in World 2: Reflections. Jules is in her late thirties, and lives in New York City. She works at the Gifted Academy, and is the wife of Grayson Hopkin.
Appearance[]
She is very skinny, and not particularly tall, but she makes up for this by wearing high heels almost all the time. She is very interested in looking younger than she actually is, even though she doesn't really look her age of nearing 40 anyway. She has dark brown hair that lightens at the tips, and brown eyes as well. She is quite pale.
Abilities[]
Seeing visions of her past
The first ability Julie displayed was Chronocognition. This is the ability to have knowledge of the past, present and future at her own will. She is able to have knowledge about the past, present and future. This is particularly useful as Julie could acquire information about any kind of event that may have occurred in the past, either by intuition or by a vision-like experience. This too can happen when trying to acquire knowledge about the present and future. Julie is able to force a vision upon herself when she wants to know something that has happened in time.
Inducing a winter storm
The second ability that Jules has manifested is that of Season Manipulation. This is the ability to create various effects associated with different seasons. Using this ability, Jules can induce the effects of different seasons. She can affect temperature, light levels and weather, e.g. creating coldness, darkness and snow by inducing winter, or sunlight by inducing summer. She can also affect the growth and behaviour of animals and plants, e.g. causing deciduous plants to shed their leaves by inducing autumn, or causing rapid spring growth.
Withstanding an attack to the head
Her third and final ability is Enhanced Durability. This is the ability to resist physical damage and to become more durable. With this ability, Jules can become more durable and resistant to physical damage naturally. She is not immune to physical attacks, but the ability allows her to be able to withstand the affects of attacks much longer, or for physical attacks to not be have as much of an impact upon them. This also means that she can take more pain than any normal human.

Brief History[]
Jules has always lived in New York, born and raised there. She met her ex-husband when he first moved to New York, and the pair spent half a year together before they married, but were divorced a few months ago. Julie now works at the Gifted Academy, teaching the youngest students. The couple are currently back together again, following Julie's change of heart on the topic of children.
