Katy is a recurring character used by Pippy in World 2. She is 21 years old, and teaches at the Gifted Academy. She has the abilities of Omnilinguism, Elementokinesis and Fear Manipulation.

Katy has naturally bright red hair, which she wears tied up in a ponytail with a fringe and a few more strands loose. She is pale, with light green eyes.
Abilities[]
- Her first ability is Omnilingualism. This is the ability to understand and use all forms of communication, verbal and non-verbal. She can also communicate with animals, but this is limited to their level of consciousness and how advanced their natural communication can be.
- Her second ability is Elementokinesis. With this, she can create, control and mimic all of the 4 elements of air, earth, water and fire.
- Her final ability is Fear Manipulation. This can be used to manipulate fear, though the exact details are unknown.
