Outcome manipulation is the ability to change the outcome or result of any event or situation at present time.

Limits

This ability means that the person who possesses it is capable of changing the outcome of an event or situation, by simply desiring to make the result different to how it was going to be or was meant to be. This is done by concentrating enough on the desire of the new outcome, therefore changing the course of events. However this ability does take a lot of concentration and effort, meaning that it can put a great deal of strain on the person. The event which he or she is trying to alter must also be happening currently, or about to happen soon, for the attempt to be successful. It is impossible to change past events using this ability, but this limitation has twice been overcome by using forms of time travel to arrive at that past time.
