Owen as a child
Owen Aydan Petrelli is a character used by Lowri in the future of World 2: Reflections. He will be the second son of Nathan and Dani Petrelli. He will have the abilities of Pyrokinesis, Hologram Generation and Catalysm.
Appearance[]
Owen as an adult
Owen will have inherited his mother's bright blue eye colouring. At first, his hair will also be the same very pale blonde as hers was, but as he grows it will darken slightly and take an ashen tone. His skin will also darken and tan, because of the amount of time he'll spend outside.
Abilities[]
Creating fire
Owen's first ability will be Pyrokinesis. He will be able to produce flames easily, and will be able to finely control the movements and temperature of the fire. He will sometimes be able to block it from burning something, but will find this very difficult and will need a lot of concentration to do so. He will automatically be immune to fire, heat, smoke and lack of oxygen from fire.
Producing a hologram
His second ability will be Hologram Generation. He will be able to create holograms from a form of energy he emits. He will be able to produce these nearby and use them similarly to illusion, and he will also be able to send them far away and thus use them as messengers. The holograms affect only vision, and are formed from energy instead of manipulating air or light.
A person being catalysed
His final ability will be Catalysm. This ability will enable him to catalyse others. He'll be able to increase their speed and strength, as well as their speed of thinking. He will sometimes be able to improve a person's natural healing and recovery, and increase the level of skill and control they would have over their abilities. The catalysing shows as a warm, glowing light surrounding the person and sinking into them.

Etymology[]
Owen is a Gaelic and Welsh name which means "well-born", "yew born" or "youthful". His middle name, Aydan, means "little fire", and could refer both to his ability of pyrokinesis and the firelike light produced by his catalysm. The meaning of his middle name is shared by his cousin, Aidan Bennet. His surname, Petrelli, is Greek in origin and means "rock".
