Phoebe Capet

Phoebe Capet is a character used by Pippy in World 4: Vampires and Wolves. She is a vampire, a mixtures of types 1 and 2. She is one of the quadruplet daughters of Avril and Phillippe Capet. She is therefore a member of the Firelock Coven and the Capet Family.

Appearance[]

Like all vampires, Phoebe is of course eerily and stunningly beautiful, with almost paper-white skin. Her hair is long and a pale blonde, which can sometimes appear almost white, and her eyes are her most striking feature, being rainbow coloured.

Personality[]

Phoebe is naturally a very positive and optimistic individual, who has a "glass half-full" outlook on life. She's often laughing or smiling, and is usually easy to be around.

Abilities[]

As a vampire, Phoebe gains enhanced speed and strength, and incredibly accurate senses. She can detect the presences of other supernatural beings, and is mentally and physically enhanced. As a child, she grew up rapidly, and she is now immortal as an adult. Her skin is thick and impenetrable to almost anything, and she can turn humans into vampires by biting them. However, she doesn't possess any unique special ability of her own.

Phoebe lives with her family and coven in their palace on the outskirts of Otsu, Japan. The palace was specifically created for them by Tomas Reddan, after they won the battle against The Malus and thus began ruling of the supernatural world. The palace contains 7 floors. The first 2 are state floors, containing meeting rooms, crown rooms and throne rooms. The coven lives in the next 3 floors. There is also a floor of underground cells were all prisoners are kept before being dealt with, and an attic which spans the entire building and is used by the Goldston wolfpack. The palace's grounds are also extensive and beautiful, reaching for miles. They contain woods, wilderlands, formal gardens, sport grounds, pools, homes for the Guard, a training ground and courtyard, cliffs and a beach.

Etymology[]

Phoebe is a Greek name which can mean "bright" or "moon". Capet is said to mean either "head; leader" or "cape". While the name is originally belonging to the French Royal Family, the meaning could now refer to how her family are leaders of the vampiric world.

History[]

Phoebe is the second youngest of the quadruplets, who were born as their uncle Dean Ellana died fighting against his vampiric transformation. Dean was later saved, by Danielle. Phoebe has lived almost all of her life in the palace in Otsu, and little of significance has happened to her yet.
