Thalia Ryecroft is a recurring character belonging to Pippy in World 9: Mythical Crossover. She was a witch in her youth and was a member of the Asheville Coven but has since renounced her powers. Thalia is 49 years old and is married to Ian Lewis, with whom she shares their 17 year old daughter Zep Ryecroft.
Appearance[]
Thalia had naturally dark hair in her youth, but she started to turn grey quite young and took to dying it blonde. She is quite overweight and is 5ft 9 in height. Her eyes are a bright blue shade and her skin is naturally pale. She generally wears old fashioned clothes that seem like they belonged in the seventies. She often wears a little make-up but not much.

Originally born a witch, Thalia was raised in the craft and was an exceptional witch in her day. She and her sister together wrote a lot of the spells and potions in the Ryecroft Book of Shadows. However, she later renounced her powers and became human.
Personality[]
Thalia is young at heart and often behaves in a way that is not always mature. She is, however, exceptionally responsible and an incredible mother. She is a very amusing and strong willed woman and she can be incredibly persistant.

Etymology[]
Thalia is a Greek name meaning "To flourish; bloom". She does not have a middle name. Ryecroft is an old English surname but the meaning is unknown, although it also has the Irish meaning of "Adventurer". Ryecroft is also a small town in Yorkshire, England. It is her maternal surname and like her daughter, she has never even considered taking her father's surname.
Brief History[]
Thalia and her sister were raised by their mother single-handledly and Thalia only met her father when she was an adult. They were raised in Georgia, where her mother had moved to when she found out she was pregnant with Cipria. Both of the sisters were raised as witches and came into their powers young. Despite all of the problems that accompanied her powers, Thalia loved them. It was only when her mother died that she and her sister moved back to Asheville, Louisiana and rejoined the coven there. After Thalia renounced her powers, she became almost completely isolated from her old coven friends, and remains this way with those who are still alive even to this day. She met Ian Lewis in Asheville and the two married, later she gave birth to her first and only daughter Zephyra Ryecroft.
